Before contacting us please check these frequently asked questions

"I have not received a download link"

There are typically three reasons why you did not receive a reply from us when you text your order:

1. Your mobile phone is premium rate barred:

This means that your phone is prohibited from texting short code numbers like the one that you sent to, you will need to check with your network operator.

2. Low credit:
Mobile phones that use a pre pay service also known as pay as you go will need sufficient credit in order to receive the download link. Please check your credit before ordering.

3. Busy periods:
Please note that during busy periods it might take a while before your download link is delivered, but it will get to you, (a bit like trying to use your phone on new years eve!) Note:
Mobile phones are only charged when receiving a text from us, if you did not receive a reply, you were not charged,

"I can't open/access the link you sent me"

You need to check that your phone is compatable with our service first, you can do so here, also please check that your mobile can play mp3's, and is wap enabled, and your wap settings are correct, you'll find our wap quide here.
